Ahhhh!!! How do you handle an 8am C&S delivery?? Our store always looks like a hurricane came through and we can never seem to get current events on days we don't have a delivery.
Besides not having the right ppl or structured routines in place, what would you say is a good routine with a morning truck?? 5am person on truck days to fill and clear space in each freezer/cooler? Followed by an 8am crew to unload/push?
The most we see on our truck is 1800 pieces.
