Archived Accessing online counseling

Hi I'm new here and to target where I started a week ago. I want to know how to access target online counseling? I read that target offers free online counseling. I went to the team member services and clicked on the secure connect link which prompted me to login to a third-party service. I tried using my employee ID number and password that I use for the sso but it didn't work. I'm totally lost and could use some help, thanks!
