Archived Buttons on Register

Ive been a cashier for about 2 months now and I'm wondering what some of the buttons on the cash register does. There are some buttons on the top of the keyboard that I have no idea what they do. I know the Addl. Assist calls for backup cashiers, but what does "Help" and "Online Info" do?

Help gives you a menu: I need (trash emptied, carry-out, GSA, pen, bags, etc) & more.

wait where's the help key? I've never seen that nor have I ever heard of anyone using that

Because it's largely ignored at my store.

No one in their right mind uses that. Top light is way more effective. Cool discovery though right lol.
