If it's part of an initial pog set or revision, that team/person does it. Outside of that, the electronics tm does. I'd help, but I'm busy setting other stuff.

The last communication packet for the electronics transition gave camera and tablet displays to be the responsibility of the PMT, so we gave them to him at our store.

I guess I don't mind too much because I always get Plano hours to do those resets. But the PMT'S boss walks in and congratulates him on what a good job he does keeping everything functioning when it's me doing literally everything! Even the cell phones!

The PMT helped on TV sets moving the TVs and fixed cables for the cameras but never did the signing.
I can't imagine why they would change that.

I am sorry for confusion. Pmt is the person who handles building upkeep. They are responsible getting the electronics fixtures to work, secured & replacements sets. They do return TV inspections @ the TV wall.

My PMT is good with that stuff and we almost lost him a few weeks ago due to him looking elsewhere for a job.
He's good at what he does. Fixed a display in electronics, dealt with Samsung vendor today, I'd say he's good at his job despite the bitching.
I wish we could hard-reset the tablets to put our own password on them >.>

We set our tablets up with our store number as well. Doing so was one of the best decisions we made.

yeah we didn't put those on ours when they were set. someone got to the crappy asus tablet before us.

After that it's get tricky because who sets what varies by store. The list is printable on workbench. The three sources are either the PMT, Plano or MTI vendor. It seems like they are testing the options in order to figure what is more effective.
Plano is responsible for moving carry forward displays and any signing no matter what.
at my store the pmt is supposed to do the cameras and tablets but we end up both doing it together, or the cameras I just do myself.
