Additional cashiers button is a GSA/GSTL nightmare as it means your not doing your job.
On that note, is there any truth to the old "hitting the Additional Assistance button gets us more cashier hours" chestnut?
We push it repeatedly for change requests - repeatedly because they're ignored.If the GSTL/GSA is away I would push it to get there attention. Say, for an ignored blinker
