Hello,
I've been in retail for 20 years and thinking of taking the ETL-HR position. Can anyone give advise or info on this position? Who are my direct reports? I am in Northern California, typical work week 50 hours? As HR I know I need to be on the sales floor to get to know the team members but how much time is spent in the office with paperwork? What are some of the specific job duties? Does the ETL-HR have a lot of LOD shifts? Any advise would be appreciated. Also, for those that got hired as an ETL with job experience what was the starting salary? I've heard 75-80k is possible.
Thanks in advance
