In general, how hard is it to land an ETL position right out of college? Are they pretty picky or just hiring people left and right?

Also depends on relocatability/your local market. A market that's hard to staff or just had a lot of turnover will have lower standards in my experience

I am an ETL in training that just got hired. It is easy if you were an intern, if you were not, they prefer someone with experience. Straight from the DTL's mouth.
