Some more questions for everyone!

On InsidePOS, there's a Malfunctioning Equipment report. It lists all registers, card readers, cash drawers, or displays that are offline. I ran the report, and it lists several registers that are no longer in existence (a 5th service desk register, for instance). Then, it lists registers like 68 (photo) that shows the drawer, scanner, display, etc, as offline despite it working perfectly. Is CSC the only way to fix this?
 
Check the register screen to see if it says off-line (near the top). You might wanna call CSC to make sure it's on-line or to trace why it's showing off-line. A connection could be in the wrong LAN port. If you had a recent remod, it could've been inadvertantly re-routed but CSC could at least run a trace.
