GM2 for our store is Paper, Pets, Chem, Auto and Commodities. But, we don't know what Commodities represents. That's the confusing part of the guide.
If we are following the classifications according to adjacency maps, HHC (Household Commodities) technically includes Aircare, Brooms/Mops, Sponges, laundry detergent, etc. We have designated GM2 as Personal Care(Haircare/Shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant), Healthcare(OTC), HHC or Chem, Paper, Auto and Pets. The one confusing part for us was Food was also listed but came to the conclusion that it's because the transitions experts still need to set the revisions in market according to the Q1 guide. Anyone else have a different view on why Food is listed under GM2?

Softlines and Hardlines infants is pp3 in my store. Plastics is pp2.

pp3? That just seems strange. Infant hardlines is a huge seller for us. We need that pushed out ASAP. DBO comes in at 6:30 to do the autofills, then starts taking diaper truck vehicles so we can get a good fill before the store opens. Our PP2 DBOs come in later typically.

She comes in at 10am for baby. Other pp3 areas start between 11am and 1pm. Pp1 comes in at 7am (we open at 7am). Pp2 comes in at either 8 or 9am.
