I really enjoy whenever I get a red card, not that I personally give a shit about the recognition I receive or anything like that mostly because I honestly think it's kind of obnoxious and I generally try to shy away from attention but I am always happy when I get one mostly for the GSA working at the time knowing they're slightly better off with the ETLs..My store pretty much never hits the redcard 'goal' (though its pretty unreachable imo) we are usally mid 30s and the goal is always mid 50s. But yeah, I love all my GSAs and they all treat us (the cashiers) with a lot of respect and praise, anwser change requests in a pretty timely manner etc and have backed me up in a few sketchy situations. How do you all feel about getting Redcards and how often would you say you guys get them?

Fuck redcartds. I'm in a A+ store and growing the Sunday I closed with the etl GE and not only was I gstl I was the only cashier scheduled and that dumb bimbo whined about redcards all night
