Hey everyone. I created this account about a month back a week after I completed orientation because I thought it seemed like a really awesome resource, but since I was so new I still had trouble piecing some of the lingo together. Now that I've been at Spot over a month, I feel like I fit in more here. Hardlines is my primary work zone, but I do pick up quite a hefty number of shifts as cashier. I work in a Pfresh store in the mid-atlantic region (though, I have no idea what volume we are... if anyone could tell me how I'd go about finding that information, I'd appreciate it hahaha).

To find out your store volume: Log on to Workbench, then under Reports (or MyPerformance?), go to Store Reports. In the Store section, go to the report called Store Fact Sheet. The Store Fact Sheet has all kinds of info about your store, such as store volume, org chart, risk level, the previous year's sales, ETL names and tenures, and even the closest competitors (i.e. Walmart).
