Holy crap. We have at least 5 CA's. We aren't that big of a store. I don't recall the classification, but we do just enough to be whatever it's called at 23Million I think?

Everytime we have the lazy CA's (2 out of 5 of them), I walk by the entrance and see the overflowing trash and say, "Looks like Wal-mart." Our best CA is in his 60's. He works two jobs. The guy never calls out. He doesn't speak English. I either call him on the walkie in Spanish or better yet, I call to him as he's walking by taking trash, taking cardboard (I'm a Princess, so I let the CA take it) or hauling ESIM, Salvage etc to the back. God bless him. He's amazing.

A hard working cart attendant can really enhance a shift and uplift the team. We have one who calls out a lot but when he's on. He is grabbing hangers, emptying trash, willingly jumps on a lane. He's great
