Idaho pay

Looking to make a move from Ca to Idaho while staying at the Bullseye. I’m currently a Starbucks TL and at the top of the scale here in Nor Cal which is between $20-23 hr.
Can anyone tell me how much Idaho is on the high end for TL?

19 would be minimum for TL anywhere rn. It wouldnt be unheard of for you to keep your pay if like HLM said and you can sell yourself to the new store. Just have to hope there is a position open for you
