Can someone tell me what does an inbound expert do? I’ve recently been hired for this role and I am just curious? Is it full time or part time? What all does the job entail?

Almost certainly part-time. If you're interested in more hours, ask to be cross-trained. My store is often needing other TMs to jump into fulfillment for an order or two when orders all of a sudden get heavy or a fulfillment TM calls off. Same for cashiering.

Expert only after one proves oneself. Ridiculous terminology.

You are not guaranteed full-time, but can get sometimes get 40 hours depending on the time of year and what other workcenters you are trained in. Your availability, your store's sales/payroll, and the overall staffing of your store will all factor into this. Be willing to extend your shifts when asked if you want more hours.

Inbound Experts unload trucks and/or push merchandise to the sales floor.
