MEGATHREAD myDay app

That's pretty expensive but a great idea. How about Augmented reality though (AR). Target already uses it in their app to see how certain furniture looks inside your home using the camera. Why not augment how the planogram is suppose to look?
That might be what I meant. Bear with me I'm old, LOL

I work drive up all the time and I don’t like the new app. Once an order is processed you can no longer look it up. Once bags are transferred to a cart you can longer see where they were located. There is a lot I don’t like about it.
The new app has serious problems. One of the worst is when a pending Drive Up is being prepped, one TM preps the regular merchandise bags and scans them into the appropriate tier while you gotta wait until the guest shows up to prep the Cooler and Freezer items. Often the TM who started the prep is unavailable, and when I've pulled the Cooler and Freezer stuff, the app makes it very cumbersome to transfer the consolidated items. It can be time-consuming and stressful when the timer clock is ticking and the app prevents you from swiping the "Deliver" function. Sometimes I can figure it out, but sometimes it's very hard if there are multiple bags from the two stages of prep. The time lost from this inflexible, clumsy implementation component can be very stressful, particularly if -- beep, beep -- yet another Drive Up order arrives and is ready to be delivered as well.

Maybe this was mentioned before but how come when I finish price change labels it still shows I have like 30 left on the myday main menu?
Don't know the answer to this, but I had something goofy that might be related. When I went to set a couple of end caps recently that were due the week of 6/29, my zebra said I had two that were overdue. It was past the 29th, but they were due that week so they weren't overdue yet.

Thinking that maybe they've been tweaking the MyDay app and not everything is going perfectly smoothly.

Two things I've found out about myDay recently:
1. Scanning QR codes will search whatever link it is as if you typed it out. This will give you tons of random products you'd likely never otherwise find such as seasonal items, stuff your store isn't set up to sell, or russian books. Here's an example:

Additionally, this music album (one of my favorites) has pictures clearly just taken in someone's house:

2. NOW THE FUN DISCOVERY - Easter eggs the developers left in the app. I encountered several "test items" one time I scanned a QR code such as shirts and random stuff, all with vendors listed as "DUMMY VENDOR" or "DEBBIE'S TEST VENDOR." I have pictures of all this as well as the best discovery...someone's dog shows up several times in these test items! We must find this dog.

Not a day goes by that I don't scan a QR code since they put them RIGHT NEXT TO THE BARCODES FOR SOME REASON. I have seen dummy vendor a few times, I just assumed they forgot to change default text to the actual vendor name.

Lately, the Price change section of Myday has been a bit weird. You can sort by type (label, clearance, salvage, etc) and usually when you do this it stays how you sort it until you choose a new way to sort. Now, if you scan an item and then go back into the list is auto-sorts by 'all' no matter what you had it under. Has anyone else noticed this?

I have also noticed some items salvaging under CRC when they are not CRC items. Clothes, for example. That has only been the last few days though.

You must be talking Carters clothing. We have tons of it going Crc. It's so time consuming to be handling this mdse multiple times.

We've been having clothes go CRC for at least a year. For awhile it was so much that we had to have a separate CRC box at the fitting room because we were getting almost as much CRC as salvage. Thankfully that stopped and now it's usually only the occasional piece or two a day when I do damages.

Really? This week was the first time I noticed it. That's so weird, I wonder why the system thinks it is CRC.

When it first started it was out of control. If I had a cart of damaged Mens basics, half of them would go CRC. If I recall, it was just outside brands like Hanes or Fruit of the Loom, but not in-house brands like Goodfellow.

Now it seems to happen with things like Carter's baby stuff or more expensive RTW lines like Future Collective. But not all the of them, just some.
