Not really that new to Spot.
I will fully admit I am finally joining the forum because I think I am on my way out. I have been so good with the expectations of HRTM and performed well in my year with the store but there's been a straw that has broken this camel's back, that wouldn't normally have been a big deal but all of a sudden I just can't deal anymore.
So once I decided to be officially on the job search I joined the forum after lurking for awhile.
