Archived New to the thread and a quick question about becoming backroom certified

Hi and I have a question a p out becoming backroom certified. I'm in electronics and I have pulled from the backroom before with a TL and they shoes me how to do it. I have some TL that are fine with me pulling, but some don't want anyone to do it if your not certified. I want to get certified so I can do pulls legally. Also with getting certified how long does it take and do you get a pay raise?

I would take out your name ASAP.
Corporate goes over this board with a fine tooth comb and it's a good idea to stay anonymous.
Sorry to say you won't get a raise if you get certified but it is pretty easy.
Just keep buggin your TL and if that doesn't work hit up the backroom TL for a bit of time.

Thanks, and I just did, I work today and I already asked about doing it, I helped out a backroom member yesterday and she helped me pull my first batch,I want to do the test today, what does the test consist of, and or how long.

depending on level of understanding of br terms & numbers, about 1/2 hours for 100% percent score.

So you are saying it takes about a 1/2 hour and what about the 100% ?

on certain tests, i like a perfect score. roughly 1/2 hour.
