Archived Opportunities for advancement

I just recently joined Spot as a TM with presentation on overnight, and am not sure how long I'll be around, but was just wondering what the opportunities for advancement are like. Assuming things go well, how long would it take to get to a salaried position?

I actually have a professional degree and wound up at Target because I've been having a hard time finding work in my field. I'm quite grateful to be getting some income, even though it's not what I'm used to.

Just tell your HR exec. they should lead you in the right direction. time line might vary. if they think you will be a good candidate you could move right on up. you might want to check out the career link as well on tgt pay and benefits.
