I was hired as a seasonal employee this holiday season. I was hired to pick online orders.

They scheduled my orientation.

How long is orientation? What is involved with orientation?

What is the dress code for orientation?

What is the dress code for when I am on the sales floor picking online orders.

I am nervous about starting a new job.

The details of orientation change from store to store. It'll probably last 3-4 hours. You'll watch some videos and get a tour of the store. Call your store's HR for specifics for the store. Dress code for when you actually work will be discussed at orientation.
