Same boat as you, OP. I'm not sure on current GSA pay as it has gone up and down in the past between $.25 and $.50, but I am fairly certain it is $.50 higher than cashiers. You had left out softlines, operator, and comp shop, which are also in the N03 category with cashiers, food avenue, etc.
The next level of $.25 more includes electronics, in stocks, HR clerk, and used to include "brand" team members. Can anyone confirm if that still exists as a "new" position? I believe it does, but I can't think of having seen it posted in quite some time. I've seen receiving and signing fall into this category, however a lot of others have it in N07 or N09 as they were once specialist positions.
Following that anyone on logistics is coded at the $.50 higher rate-flow or back room day/early morning. Pricing and planogram also fall into this category, but in stores where they are separated I believe pricing may be the grade below.
All said, nothing is set in stone and if a higher pay is required for retention a work center may be bumped up to prevent further turn over.
