Archived Putting in two weeks notice?

So I've been at Spot for a few months now, and I know I'll be leaving in another few months to go back to school. I've never had to quit a job before, so I'm not really sure how to do it when the time comes. Do I just go to HR and say "I'm putting in my two weeks," or should I talk with my TL or the ETL over my department? Any tips are appreciated!

Go to HR they'll have you fill out a voluntary termination form.
