Archived Red Cards ... Any one getting any? And do you think they help you keep your job?

So ... red cards. I managed to get one yesterday. I couldn't believe it. I was lucky enough to encounter a guest who actually wanted one who had a blank check on her. But as we all know, the red cards are really hard to sell right now. Has anyone been having any luck? What lines have you been using?

Also, do you think HR takes this into consideration when assigning hours or deciding who to throw under the bus? Just curious.

I don't know about HR, but the GSTL takes Red Cards into account for your performance reviews. I don't know in all stores, but in my store. My GSTL uses Red Cards to see how many hours you get and if you can be a cashier or not. My two GSTLs have been cutting hours and removing cashiers for low Red Card performance.
