We were told not to wear the red vest so I haven't scene vest in a long time stored anywhere . But a few people still wear them.

Red vests? I've never seen a TM wearing one, ever in 10+ years. But then, our dress code enforcement is practically nonexistent, so maybe that's why.

Aren't there some states where if your employer requires you to have a uniform they have to pay for it? I would assume the red vests have to be kept around in those situations.

California and Washington require for HR to provide a vest for the day if the TM doesn’t have one.

With the expectation it will be returned at the end of the shift, not taken home and claimed as a personal uniform option.
