I’m confused with how the yearly evaluations work. As a team member what is the average expected raise to come from these? I understand that the $13.00 an hour is right around the corner but I would like to know how I am being seen compared to my team members. I received a 2.1% raise which didn’t seem like a lot. Another team member who works with me received a 3%. He has had disciplinary actions within the year as well. Is it time based?

Also they only get so much budget to pass around.

You may get 2 hours more a week so you will make more. And we all will be at 15 / hr by the end of 2020.
So the merit increases mean nothing.
