We have a TM who makes eeyore comments. Ive personally made sure to say hi to him as my way of letting him know he's important. We had our whole leadership team let him know how they can help. I always think what if no one cared...

We have an 'Eeyore' as well but we always chat them up & refuse to let them wallow in the dumps.
