I know in the past electronics had a barcode sheet for the protection plans. Does anyone have this, or the DPCI list for the protection plans. Reason being if a guest wants to add it on same transaction or later on. Thanks.
Just type in the DPCI of the item on the POS and say yes to the protection plan. Then retype the protection plan DPCI so you have one linked to the item and one separate. Then void the item and it will automatically also void the linked protection plan but it will keep the separate one.
