Archived Team Member Appreciation Discount?

I went to go check out earlier today and I saw that when I scanned my discount card the regualr discount popped up but under it there was also a "team member appreciation discount". When the cashier printed out the receipt, on it the discount was there and it took 20% off. Has anyone else experienced this?
