I'm scheduled a whopping 5 hours on Thanksgiving off before 10pm. Probably because I'm opening Sbux & mid LOD the next day.

ETLs and seniors schedules are planned 2-3 months in advance.

Ours are scheduled at 4 and 5 respectively on Thanksgiving hinting to a 6pm open.

Yes, and Thanksgiving.

We had a team come in at 4am on Thanksgiving last year, but they were all volunteers. We also had people come in around the time the store opened and regular shifts on Black Friday.
