Exactly. This whole thing is petty, it probably costs more to process the punch correction paperwork than to just let the ~2 minutes of pay go. I mean really, at $8/hr 2 minutes is (2/60) * 8 = .27

So ~27 cents per bathroom break...yeah that store's leadership is risking their jobs and huge fines for the store over loose change. Not to mention the effect this bullshit has on the morale of team members.

Not to mention the ETL makes way more than the TM. The time the ETL is spending to do the punch correction is likely measured in dollars, not cents.

A bathroom break is less then 20mins (normally), therefore it is a paid break.

Once I had a nose bleed for like 20mins, when it finally stopped my ETL told me to go to break and eat somthing. I was like "I sat here for over 15mins isn't this my break". She laughed and told me to go on break. Because thats what a reasonable person does.

it amazes me the mess people leave in the public restrooms! my gosh do people forget how to clean up when they use the bathroom? or even know how to flush? ugh!
