Hey all
I just had a fun day trying to set the jewelry tower POGs, as they are really messed up.
For starters, all four sections of product are tied to section 1, rather than section 1, section 2, section 3, and so on. Also, I found that instead, of shelf 2 being on top of shelf 1 it could be in the next section.
This last issue caused me to set the first of 4 towers wrong and thus required me to move 3 sections of labels around.
I did MySupport this problem and received a quick response. Sounds, as if this a known issue and will be fixed via a revision at the end of next month.
