Since we are all worried about our brand new CEO falling prey to the Minnesota Kool Aid, I thought we should start a thread letting him know how we feel in the trenches.
I'll start:
Our payroll is cut to the point that we can barely staff our stores. My store is one of the best in our region and we barely make it through each day. I can only imagine what a nightmare it is working at an inefficient store. We have cut the TL count back too far and no one is maintaining the store brand. We barely have time to pick up reshop.
