Does anyone know if February hours will go back up a bit, about 80% of my store is getting like 18 or under hours the next few weeks in January ( one of my weeks I'm only getting 9)
Not a new thing, sorry to say. Before modernization, a soft lines TM would sometimes be sent over to "help" me in HBA when I didn't really need any help, thanks anyway, but she "needed" hours. And stuff like that is still happening. Why in the world would you put people who aren't even backroom/flex trained into SFS, while not giving the workcenter their own hours?
Hours will not go up in February. February starts a new fiscal year for target, so payroll will probably end up just as tight or even tighter.
Or see if you can transfer to a higher volume store near you.
My store is still busy as December and getting 9 trucks a week 2 doubles plus 7 FDC trucks.
Our volume did 230 k Friday and today about 200 k.
Asants. Depends on your stores predicament. Making sales? My store will get more this feb than last feb because our sales are booming.Does anyone know if February hours will go back up a bit, about 80% of my store is getting like 18 or under hours the next few weeks in January ( one of my weeks I'm only getting 9)
Partner with a full time job 🤣What kind of second jobs are you all getting when Target wants full availability?
We'll see how those February hours work out as I'm encouraging EVERYONE to apply for unemployment as they are eligible based on the drop to 4 and 8 hours per WEEK from 21 - 30ish before January and now February far worse....but STILL all those NOOBS with very adequate hours.Hours will not go up in February.
