Just curious, what is a TM review?

I've read articles, heard from other coworkers but never really understood. I told my TM review was done by my TL (of course) and heard your supposed to get a small pay raise. I'm a Electronics TM, N09 (+.50 base) who has been with target for 1 year/3 months. Recently though i started to only work one day a week because of school (been like this for like 2 months)

am i supposed to get my 10 cent raise

Your TL will just go over your last year at Target. Your wins/opportunities and what they want to see out of you over this new year. I don't think the raise has gone into affect yet. Your TL will have to schedule him/herself to work with you at some point soon to deliver it.
