I've been with Target a few years and this is the first time I've heard of it.

It's just "bouncing back" from holiday season. Lawn and garden is around the corner, need to start purging backrooms, getting back to brand on the sales floor and back, etc. Post-modernization you're really just trying to make just enough room to be able to fit all the shit into the steel so you can somewhat function.

Can also be used in terms of coupons. Bounce back coupons, for redcard holders to get them to bounce back into the store.

Bounce back was the best thing to clean house . However bounce back now is very hard to attain since modernization .
