Ice-melt. There’s ice here from literally October-May and we only have it from like November-January.

Snow shovels, for the same reason.

I think if our store is in a region where it snows late into the year, like into May, we should have those things. We have guests who get mad that we don’t have those things after late February, same with gloves and coats.

I agree with this one. We are also near a hospital and always have guests looking for robes and slippers. I hate sending them across the street to Walmart.
