Archived Who does she ask to see if she’s rehireable?

I’m not really sure how or where to ask this but a previous tm had quit several months back and mentioned to me that she wanted to work at Target again, just in a different location. Only problem is she’s not sure if she’d been terminated or not due to not fulfilling her two weeks (She’d been in a pretty gnarly accident on her way to her last day and with Targets No Call No Show policy, we’re almost certain it screwed her over).

The real question I’m asking is does she call corporate to see what her status is and, if she’d been terminated, could she appeal to them?
