I'm Lost! Who makes our schedule?

Does the ETL of our work section create them or does someone from hr makes our schedule? just wondering...

No, yes, well sort of.
They send a grid which tells the store when, where, and how many.
The store gets to plug in who, when.
All stores are different as to handles this.
At mine it was the HR ninja overseen by the HR ETL, with whining by all the other departments.
