What's the difference between Workbench and EHR? Are they two seperate programs?

I was able to log into my EHR, but haven't had a chance to get on the work computers and look at it.

The one in the break room only has EHR access, that I can see.

Thanks!

Workbench = Just what it sounds like. All of the tools you'll need to work at Target are located here. From best practices, training materials, reports, and everything else you can imagine are on here. There are several sub-components of this site which are password/otherwise protected for AP, HR, and ETLs.

eHR = Online HR tool. From all of your pay/financial/benefits information to time off requests, availability changes, and more. A sub-component of this is MAX, which is Target's scheduling program.

Your login information for eHR and Workbench are the same, just fyi.
