When I changed banks, I did get one live check in the middle.....they usually need to make sure the new information is correct.....

My one and only coaching was done on the floor on the fly, while I was on lunch, by the ETL who had a personal grudge against humanity.....after she fussed at me, she said "Thats a coaching!".....she got a coaching about coaching that way......

This is made even sadder when our store closes earlier on New Years Eve than Christmas Eve.....go figure.....

TTOG - I don't care how many times you try, your shopping cart is not going to fit up my behind.....seriously, hitting me once might have been an accident.....trying a couple more times because you were too busy looking anywhere but where you were going....earns you dumba-- of the year in my book!

TTOTM in HR - what the hell were you thinking scheduling someone for their first day in the BR at 12 o'clock on Sunday.....when we were already shorthanded.....and the person you assigned to train them wasn't even on the schedule.......leaving the poor guy to listen to me try to describe what to...

Listening to this makes me sooooo glad that I have been MIA for the last several days, and will continue to be for at least several more.....ours started picking up the last time I worked to the point where the poor person was spending time chasing them than doing her actual backroom stuff.....
