Store wise. I work at at low volume store so she is the etl over the WHOLE sales floor. She's been at my store for 3 years and this past year with the closing of a major grocery store chain in my state our sales have been amazing..

Does target ever rotate etls or stls around non voluntarily? Because i cannot stand my etl's fake ass! :mad::mad::mad:

the last call i got tonight was from a guest wanting me to personally call each store in my immediate area to ask if we had any nintendo classics. i rolled my eyes so hard i swear that lady could feel it over the phone.

My store is filled with nothing but old people, a good 85% of the store is women and out of all the guys there maybe 2 are attractive but the ALL have children and/or crazy baby mommas

Well our stl at my store used to text us, but it's only work related things like "why are you late?" "would you like to work today?" nothing super friendly like "hey we should all meet up at ihop after work!" That'd be superrrrrr weird. And some of us closers have a hard time getting rides home...
