Archived Cancelling a OPU?

Is this possible right now, with all the changes weekly it seems like no one actually knows?

Kinda fucked up today when i was doing opus and in a rush, i scanned a box that was stripped without checking its contents, turns out someone stuck the wrong barcode on the box and the item wasn't correct. even worst, that was suppose to be the last item we had on hand. But because i had scanned the barcode, i couldn't cancel the item and had to follow through with scanning it into a location just to finish the batch.

So is there a way to cancel opus? the gstl didn't know either and we had to track down the guests contact info to inform her of our mistake. Luckily we have a good STL whose gonna raise hell tomorrow at huddle.

After it’s located, pull up the order, hold the number next to the item (quantity) and it’ll let you change the quantity. When you change it to “0” it’ll cancel the item and ask for a reason why.
