I am currently a flow tm (started last week) during my initial interview they told me I would be a better for for a GSM position. I can't find any info on GSM here. They said it's a supervisory position. Is this equivalent to GSA or GSTL??

In the new changes everyone at the front is a guest service team member. GSTM

You need to ask if they specifically mean
Cashier
Service Desk/Guest services
Guest service attendant (GSA)
