It sounds like based on what im reading hear is with new roll out
All fright is on pallets already in the truck and then each dept. Will work out the push in there areas
So if that's the cases are the going to do away with flow teams or whats going to happen to us when the roll out happens

You become sales floor...
 
So then well be working during the day now like hardlines or well be be still doing are normal proccess like normally just without the bowling out and unloading

When my old store started end to end our flow members were working 4am to 1230. Pushing the truck, shooting outs, filling the floor and backstocking what's left.

So no you probably won't work completely dayside but you would overlap with the dayside team.

You will also probably be expected to help guest, backup the lanes and backstock your own stuff
