The stores in my area are doing away with integrated guest service. My store is putting the guest service desk where photo used to be. Another store is putting guest service where the Target Cafe used to be.

We got rid of ours earlier this year and went back to where it and photo use to be. Thank goodness. It was fight to get to guest services with the line and self checkout practically on top of it.

Only bad thing is that IGS might be replaced with SCO.

Ours is still alive and the STL is fighting to keep it since it works well in my store.

Integrated Self Service was doomed from the beginning. Thank goodness my store never took it on.
