I'm 17 years old and have been with Target since March, 2015. Originally hired on as a cashier, I've since cross trained in electronics, hardlines, softlines, grocery, back room, and recently ship from store. Any other ways I can better my chances of being promoted up to a management position when I turn 18 and begin college?

That's how it is with me, I'm always chatting with ETLs, HR, and other TMs while I'm on my breaks and I'm always mistaken for 22.

Then you're going in the right direction. Work hard, and show them you have what it takes.

At my store instocks is a good place. We are fairly self sufficient and cross train in everything.
