For me, the important thing about MIRs is to stay organized. I use a lot of small repacks and rubber bands. If it's a small one, I band it together and tuck the paper in with it. If it's big, it has it's own repack. If it's something like a nail polish MIR, I use individual small slider ESIM bags (1 per color) and I write the last 4 on the bag. ESIM is about 2 things; Staying on top of it and making sure you're team isn't just dumping things on you. If Guest Service messed something up or bagged something poorly, I let the etl-ge or gstls know about it.
