Cut something up and take it to huddle every now and then. Let the team know your price vs your leading competitors price. I know alot of our team members were going to Wally world because it was cheaper. Our Produce TL did some comparison shopping and brought it to huddles for a couple of weeks. He converted quite a few team members to getting their groceries in our store instead. He also reminds the team about the single serve fresh fruit. The flow team helps him drive sales with that. But keep it short and to the point!
