Hi all!

I just accepted a position as Sales Floor Team Leader at my local store! I feel nervous\excited about it. I have orientation today so hopefully the jitters and butterflies go away. Any advice is welcome because I honestly am a little unsure what I'm getting to.

Learn everything you can. You will put with a tl trainer or assign training at another store. There may be some days where you & electronics tm are only ones on the floor. Good luck.
