Hello, I am new to Target. I come from a much smaller retailer, and have been working now for a little over a month at Target. I am curious as to what shift differential pay is, as my last employer did not pay that. I was hired in as a senior team lead and have not been told of the benefits that are offered at Target. Can anyone fill me in on general benefits?
