anyone else having issues with guest buying up prepaid phones. We have a strict limit 2 phones total per guest. This guy comes in one a week, is very rude, belligerent & argues when we will only sell him 2. He tries different team members.

Tell him to go to walmart. Hes probably doing something shady if hes buying that many phones

My store will limit not refuse, which is BS because when they updated the policy on resellers they refused then.

Oh you'll love this. One day he started getting belligerent with me & I told him I wasn't dealing with this I was going call a manager. The guy got more upset, lunged at me & AP came & took him to guest service to COMPLETE HIS TRANSACTION! AP will not trespass him.

My store trespassed people just for being verbally disruptive.
Lunging at a TM would've gotten him 86ed BIG time.

You can stop them changing shelf count to 1 for each phone.
